I became adept at rewiring through Dr Joe Dispenza's work
Combining rewiring with Dr. Joe's Guided Meditations, I am now a new me. This took, for me, over a year. By going into the Divine field, finding my future me, and bringing her into my body now, I revolutionzed my inner view of who I am, how I think, and how I behave. Wow! I am excited, happy NOW.
I learned from listening to his interviews on YouTube that just because you have a thought, that doesn't mean the thought is true.
DId you know that the thoughts you think are not necessarily your own, but are programmed into you from when you were young and media, like the television!

After my illness, I was clear of two things 1. Get well; 2. Be happy! Whenever I have a thought where I start not feeling good, I say, "that was then, this is now.". then I state what and how I feel now.
Did you know that we are addicted to our past emotions? Neither did I. This was life-changing! My past was living my life, not me. Although I was aware of the patterns, I didn't take it the next step as I would have for any client of mine. Where does that situation or behavior arise from?
The past is familiar, known. Our future can feel unknown, feels not safe. Well, at least it used to: the future now is exciting and alive to me now.
