At the end of April, I offered a "World Meditation & Flag Making" Worksho for the Ukraine and World Peace sponsored by the Town of Yountville a Napa County (California) hamlet. Inspired by Tibetan Prayer Flags where the ephemeral wind horse of Asian culture is said to carry the messages of these prayer flags to the Earth's four corners and beyond.
Because of the intensity of the past 2 plus years, I wanted to gift the community a positive experience that would connect each of us to the eternal qualities we have that nourish us. During the Guided Meditation, your inner Agent of Peace is discovered as is your symbol for inner/outer peace. Afterward, the symbol is painted with colored markers, fabrics, words, paints, & photos placed on your blank prayer flag.
